Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the design and production of targeted marketing collateral for new business initiatives, including brochures, proposals, and presentations.
2. Support the preparation and coordination of award submissions.
3. Contribute to content development for the website, blog articles, conference abstracts, and project descriptions.
4. Conduct thorough research to identify relevant project opportunities across multiple sectors and design disciplines.
5. Maintain and update essential information necessary for the marketing process.
6. Collaborate with internal and external teams to facilitate proposal meetings, establish timelines, and prepare data requests.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Journalism, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience within the design sector.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in the AEC or professional services industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proven ability to interpret complex documents with experience in reviewing, organizing, translating, and editing written materials for clarity.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative to anticipate tasks and seek opportunities to enhance processes related to proposal and content creation.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional written communication and editing skills to craft tailored narratives, engage in design storytelling, and articulate the brand perspective through written content.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for work-related purposes.
