Job Title: Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Namdar Realty Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain positive relationships with building tenants, responding to service requests and coordinating repairs and construction with building representatives.
  • Assist Property Managers with monthly compliance checks, providing review reports and identifying issues.
  • Collaborate with Property Managers and team members on property management, scheduling, and job oversight.
  • Work closely with building managers, engineers, vendors, and sub-contractors to maintain workflow and coordination of work.
  • Track service contract expiration dates and maintain accurate work order tracking documentation.
  • Assist with tenant correspondence regarding work orders, maintenance, facilities, and general questions.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with move-in/move-out processes, including filing tenant and vendor information and notifying tenants of upcoming work.
  • Perform building walkthroughs and assist with Accounts Payables.
  • Send and update annual signed guideline – procedures packet to Mall managers.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the role.

Requirements:

  • An associate degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and understanding of leases.
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of property management procedures, including legal requirements.
  • Working knowledge of capital and operating budgets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with staff, associates, and internal/external partners.
