Position Summary
The Logistics Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and improving our transportation services for educational institutions and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT). This position is accountable for route scheduling, managing daily operations, and supervising staff to ensure that all transportation services are delivered safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. **Driver Oversight and Training:**

  • Facilitate monthly meetings and training sessions to ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
  • Evaluate driver performance and provide constructive feedback.
