- Supervise Infrastructure Management: Use infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible to manage and automate AI/ML infrastructure.
- Ensure Networking and Security: Implement robust network protocols and security best practices for AI/ML pipelines.
- Drive Customer Success: Enable technology adoption, capture future product and solution requirements, and drive customer success by integrating AI/ML capabilities.
- Develop Technical Content: Create and deliver technical content and collateral, such as Cisco Validated Designs (CVDs), demo videos, whitepapers, and industry event presentations, incorporating AI/ML insights and applications.
- Bachelor's with 7+ years of experience as a technical marketing engineer or comparable technical role.
- Experience in CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience in designing and managing scalable AI infrastructure.
- Experience in developing and delivering user documentation (PowerPoint and MS Word).
