Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Utilize advanced manufacturing software to streamline production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement lean manufacturing principles to increase efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Project Management: Oversee projects related to facility improvements and expansions, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Financial Management: Manage budgeting and forecasting for the facility, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively and that the facility operates within its means.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with the team, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with the facility's goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of leadership and continuous improvement.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Experience with labor management systems, project management, and budgeting and forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications:
