Role Summary:

OVERVIEW: As a Supervisor, you will support the General Manager in fostering the culture of The Johnny Rockets Group, Inc. by embodying the company's Vision, Mission, and Values during your shifts.

Key Duties:

  • Lead by example and promote teamwork.
  • Create a guest-centric environment and empower team members to provide outstanding service.
  • Oversee shift operations, including labor management.
  • Ensure accountability among team members for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold hygiene and sanitation standards.

  • Manage cash handling in accordance with company policies.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and positively.

  • Supervise the preparation and completion of opening and closing duties.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and company regulations.
  • Utilize provided tools effectively.
  • Maintain a valid Food Handler Card for employees in California.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 6-12 months of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Certified Trainer capacity.

Skills Required:

Language Proficiency: Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence.

Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills necessary for daily operations.

Reasoning Ability: Utilize common sense to effectively follow instructions.
