Job Overview

Position: CFE Logistics Supervisor

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Compensation: $19-21 per hour, based on experience

Role Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Logistics Supervisor to oversee operations at our climate-controlled eCommerce fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy, facilitate precise shipments, and maintain thorough recordkeeping. A commitment to adhering to Lean operational procedures is vital for optimizing workflows and enhancing efficiency, while a proactive approach to continuous improvement will support personal development and contribute to the culture of innovation at CFE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through precise receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
  • Consistently apply standardized operational procedures to maintain seamless workflows.
  • Utilize basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows OS to execute daily tasks effectively.
  • Employ strong organizational skills to manage the arrangement of goods and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Continuously enhance the work environment while respecting established processes to boost productivity.
  • Demonstrate the physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
  • Maintain punctuality and dedication to meeting deadlines for customer order fulfillment.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers, team members, and vendors.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, to assist in order processing.
  • Adapt to varying job requirements to effectively meet diverse customer and market demands.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory warehouse role.
  • Recent training or exposure to Lean methodologies.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic mathematical calculations.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift and regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
