  • Analyze delivery components including destination, route, pricing, timing, and customer requirements.
  • Safeguard the organization’s operational integrity by maintaining confidentiality of all information.
  • Accurately and promptly complete all necessary documentation.
  • Strive to meet or exceed operational targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Foster positive working relationships with clients, supervisors, and colleagues.
  • Exhibit strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities, including effective risk management.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Maintain a reliable attendance record.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill essential duties effectively in a dynamic environment. The following qualifications are required:

  • Previous experience in dispatching.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong task prioritization skills.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in oilfield dispatching (not mandatory).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (not mandatory).
