Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Controls Technician to join our team on a night shift. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our blending processes, high-speed packaging machines, and related equipment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and maintain complex control systems, including Allen Bradley PLCs, Logix 500, Studio 5000, and Siemens PCS7.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting on various equipment, including pumps, flow meters, fillers, palletizers, and conveyors.
  • Interface with vendors, contractors, and plant operations staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Order parts and materials as needed to support maintenance activities.
  • Respond to call-outs after normal working hours to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical school graduate preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, with a focus on control systems and electrical maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, Logix 500, Studio 5000, and Siemens PCS7.
  • Ability to work night shift and be authorized to work in the U.S.
