In this role, you will assist our Construction Managers with day-to-day field operations for large-scale residential developments. This includes clearing, earthwork, sanitary sewer installation, storm sewer installation, water main installation, pavement construction, and other utility installations.

You will be responsible for communicating regularly with municipalities and their employees, managing job costs to hit development budgets, and ensuring stormwater compliance including permit requirements and Pollution Prevention Plan maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, or civil/structural engineering, be comfortable with technology, and proficient in MS Office Products, particularly Excel & Outlook.

This is a full-time opportunity with minimal travel required. You must own or lease a truck and have a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and insurance coverage.
