- Excellent organizational abilities.

- Proven leadership qualities.
- Ability to engage and work with adolescents.
- Willingness to take responsibility for the role's tasks.
Desired Experience or Training:
- Valid Professional Educators License, School Administrator, Substitute Teaching, School Psychologist, School Counselor, School Social Worker Certificate, or retired from teaching or a Certificate from a Coaches Education Program.
- Prior experience as a sponsor.
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
To oversee, organize, and manage all elements of the seasonal theatrical production.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver effective leadership in activities and events culminating in the seasonal theatrical production. Student participants engage in all facets of the production process.
- Students may take part as members of the production team or performers in the showcased plays throughout the academic year.
- Select the theatrical piece and obtain necessary approvals.
- Coordinate and guide students in planning and executing activities for the seasonal production.
- Ensure supervision for after-school events, meetings, rehearsals, and activities related to the production.
- Organize and manage the scheduling of facilities for the production with relevant personnel.
- Oversee and supervise the utilization of facilities during production activities and events.
- Accountable for adhering to the budget and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with the Student Activity Coordinator to determine production-related activities and events.
- Adhere to guidelines as outlined in the STUDENT ACTIVITY/CLUB DESCRIPTION & ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES booklet.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
