Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Leadership Role. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting, managing and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and supervising treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting
- Manage and train RBTs
- Conduct assessments and supervise treatment plans
- Provide parent coaching and work with other disciplines, including Speech and Occupational Therapy
- Experience using ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp is preferred
- Uncapped bonus for exceeding 26 billable hours
Qualifications:
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- New BCBAs are encouraged to apply

- $85,000 - $95,000 per year
