Behavioral Analyst Job Description

As a Behavioral Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting our mission by working with individuals and staff to identify, analyze, and document behavior challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments to understand the underlying causes of behavior challenges.
  • Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans to help individuals improve their behavior.
  • Create individualized treatment plans to address specific behavior challenges.
  • Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans.
  • Explore creative solutions to handle challenging problems in home settings, workplaces, and the community.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in psychology or a related field.
  • One year of experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training, and development.
  • Conduct research in behavior analysis within an applied setting preferred.
  • Board Certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
