General Purpose:
Responsible for performing a variety of skilled and unskilled tasks related to the custodial care and upkeep of the Community Center.

Preferred Qualifications:

(A) High school diploma or GED equivalent.
(B) Familiarity with equipment, materials, and supplies used in building and grounds maintenance; knowledge of tools and supplies for minor repairs; basic understanding of first aid and relevant safety measures.
(C) Ability to work independently and complete daily tasks according to the work schedule; capacity to lift heavy items, walk, and stand for extended periods; effective oral and written communication skills; proficiency in using equipment and tools safely and correctly.
(D) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour, based on qualifications.

Schedule:
Permanent part-time position with alternating shift days each week.

Work Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

Following week schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Sundays are rotated among the team.
