Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in the region north of the Twin Cities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule construction and services for multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors, fostering strong relationships and resolving conflicts.
  • Prepare accurate project reports and progress updates, highlighting key milestones and areas for improvement.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, making data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are being followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in general construction, with a proven track record of project management success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience managing budgets and timelines, with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
  • Experience dealing with trades, with a strong understanding of construction industry standards and regulations.
