About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics professional to lead our integrated Logistics capability for Danone US. As a key member of our Operations function, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive continuous improvement and net productivity in our Logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operating plans with a focus on service, while driving continuous improvement and net productivity into our Logistics operations.
  • Lead day-to-day operations and build a strategic framework, roadmap, and network to support the long-term growth ambitions of Danone North America.
  • Own all Logistics spend across Transportation, Distribution, and Fulfillment, with responsibility for delivering the Logistics functional components of the rolling forecast cycles.
  • Implement, own, and refine processes, KPIs, and scorecards to drive functional accountability and deliver results.
  • Balance cost and service to deliver against Danone's Customer and Consumer expectations.
  • Own Talent Management and development within the function.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Masters Degree preferred)
  • 15+ years of related Logistics experience, ideally within the Consumer Products industry
  • Deep supply chain knowledge, with strong proficiency in supply chain management, including inventory control, transportation, and distribution
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic experience and thinking to optimize supply chains and drive efficiencies
  • Experience in developing and managing interpersonal relationships to influence senior leadership decisions
  • Experience negotiating change and compromise with multiple levels of stakeholders across Operations
  • Previous knowledge of Microsoft products, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
