Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Investment Analyst to join our Acquisitions team at MRP Realty. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on all aspects of the investment process, including asset acquisition, joint-venture structuring, financing, asset management, development, and disposition.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conducting thorough financial analysis and modeling to evaluate investment opportunities.


• Developing and managing financial models, including discounted cash flows, sensitivity analysis, and projected investment returns.


• Assisting in coordinating due diligence and closing processes by interfacing with third-party vendors, brokers, property managers, and lenders.


• Creating comprehensive business plans and investment memos for the investment committee.


• Conducting market research and synthesizing macro-economic and local market information to craft investment strategies.


• Preparing and maintaining financial reports and packages for MRP Realty's capital partners.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree from a leading four-year college or university.


• 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, or capital markets.


• Outstanding financial modeling skills and a solid understanding of investment returns and sensitivities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Argus Enterprise.


• Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.


• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.


• Team-oriented with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
