Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Call Center Associate to support our Corporate Restructuring team in Irvine, CA. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in communicating with case teams and assisting with various tasks to support the case teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with case teams and management to gather information on assigned cases
  • Provide support to creditors by responding to inquiries related to basic case and process information
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, de-escalate situations, and guide creditors through troubleshooting and navigating company/case sites
  • Collaborate with the team to improve communication services and submit call logs for reporting purposes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Call center and customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
