Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Supervisor to join our team. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve excellent customer service and business results
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of call center experience
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
