Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Supervisor to join our team. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve excellent customer service and business results
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues
- 5-7 years of call center experience
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pays up to $25/hr
