Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Brady Sullivan Properties. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of our properties meet our established standards and any applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair problems in areas such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, exterior structural, and appliances.
  • Assist with maintenance duties as needed at our current and future NH apartment communities.
  • Participate in the construction and build-out process of apartment communities.
Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Boiler and HVAC experience preferred.
  • Trustworthy, with a clean criminal background check.
  • Hardworking and self-motivated.
  • Must have own tools.
