Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Community Staffing Resources, Inc. in the Tri Valley area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service and maintain value and quality in the community by assessing and repairing properties as requested.
  • Be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of hand tools and small power tools, and comply with all OSHA and company safety policies at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience working in Building Maintenance/Handyman for residential or commercial properties is required.
  • Completion of the CA. Fair Housing Act Maintenance course with certificate of completion is required or can be obtained through our agency prior to placement.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Pay rate is D.O.E. and reference checks.
