Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Six (6) months of relevant experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing assignments. Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and lift up to 50 lbs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas following established procedures to ensure compliance with infection control, sanitation, and safety standards. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disposing of trash, handling dirty linen, and cleaning various surfaces.
• Restock linens and essential supplies such as paper towels, trash bags, and toilet tissue in designated areas.
• Prepare work areas by replenishing supplies on housekeeping carts or in assigned locations for the next service period.
• Ensure cleanliness of all equipment and report any malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor.
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
