About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Texas Health Resources. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services for the safe and efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating effectively with healthcare teams to ensure timely and accurate support of medication distribution.
  • Providing clinical pharmacy services, including medication order verification and oversight of pharmacy technician responsibilities.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of one's own work and maintaining required competencies and documentation.
  • Supporting the department's quality improvement and patient safety standards programs and initiatives.
  • Responding to medical emergencies per hospital policy as available.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent required.
  • 3 years of hospital experience or residency preferred.
  • PHAR - Pharmacist license required.
