Position Overview:

Arbor Lodging Management is in search of a dedicated Night Audit Supervisor to enhance our team. In this role, you will oversee nightly audit functions and ensure the precision of front office financial records and overall performance metrics.
  • Monitor room revenue, occupancy rates, and front office operational statistics.
  • Compile summaries of cash, check, and credit card transactions.
  • Process guest billing vouchers and credit card transactions.
  • Reconcile daily charges and rectify any inconsistencies.
  • Address guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns.
Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate should possess a fundamental understanding of auditing practices, hotel front desk operations, and exceptional customer service abilities. A minimum of one year of experience in hotel front desk operations, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the capability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.
