Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest requests, problems, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Motivate and coach Guest Services personnel to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with brand and company training standards.
  • Prepare and conduct employee interviews and performance appraisals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
  • Supervise the Night Audit function and monitor financial reports.
  • Participate in the M.O.D. program and assist in the development of other managers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of end-of-month reports.
  • Review and approve employee schedules and payroll.
  • Maintain a professional working relationship with employees, managers, and other departments.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Valid driver's license from the applicable state.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
