This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to guest requests, problems, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Motivate and coach Guest Services personnel to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with brand and company training standards.
- Prepare and conduct employee interviews and performance appraisals.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
- Supervise the Night Audit function and monitor financial reports.
- Participate in the M.O.D. program and assist in the development of other managers.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of end-of-month reports.
- Review and approve employee schedules and payroll.
- Maintain a professional working relationship with employees, managers, and other departments.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Valid driver's license from the applicable state.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
