KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Decorate premium 85C baked goods to meet presentation standards.
  • Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment at all times.
  • Conduct daily operations, including but not limited to: separating, filling, and baking tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with the store management team to provide exceptional service.
  • Maintain adequate bread supplies and uphold quality standards to meet 85°C expectations while completing assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Punctuality for all scheduled shifts is essential, along with adherence to company policies and guidelines.
    • High School diploma or equivalent is required;
    • Experience in fast food or retail is preferred;
    • Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills are essential;
    • Acceptable verbal communication skills in English;
    • Demonstrated work ethic and teamwork principles;
    • Compliance with Health Department Regulations and ServSafe certification is required;
    • Availability on weekends and holidays is necessary;
    • APPLICANTS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE
  • This role necessitates moderate physical activity. Employees should possess the strength to fulfill the responsibilities of the position, including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. Continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and overhead reaching are also required. Employees may encounter various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures from coolers and freezers.
