Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Property Management Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Realty Boulevard. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations in leasing and marketing, meeting deadlines, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain positive client relations and customer service
  • Answer multi-line phones, set appointments, and manage email and phone communication
  • Process applications, perform background checks, and credit checks
  • Prepare leasing documents and handle rent payments and security deposits
  • Eviction processing and maintaining high occupancy rates

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management
  • Proficient in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Gmail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
