Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Support: Provide exceptional support to our sales agents, handling tasks related to the sales listing and buyer process, including creating listing agreements, coordinating signatures, and sending them to the listings department.
  • Listing Management: Enter new listings into listing distribution systems, StreetEasy, and upload all media, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Coordinating with Management Companies: Build due diligence documents and coordinate with management companies to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Marketing and Lead Generation: Execute marketing efforts, including social media, email newsletters, mailers, and show sheets, to drive sales listing and buyer pipeline growth.
  • Project Management: Manage and execute sales listing activities, including photography scheduling, staging, and advertising, while maintaining data accuracy in our industry-leading CRM (Hubspot).
  • Qualifications and Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • NY Real Estate License: A plus but not essential; if you meet the other requirements, we want to hear from you.
  • 2+ Years of Sales Support Experience: Proven track record of supporting sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM and Project Management Software: Experience with Hubspot, Asana, and other industry-leading tools.
  • Team Player Attitude: A collaborative and professional demeanor, with a strong commitment to excellence.
