- Patient Communication: Respond to patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide clear and concise information about their care.
- Exam Room Preparation: Prepare and maintain exam rooms, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and phone coverage.
- Medical Procedures: Assist with routine medical procedures, such as injections, laboratory tests, and EKGs.
- Education and Experience: One year certificate from college or technical school; or a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills and Knowledge: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and bilingual in Russian.
