Team Manager Job Description

At Panera Bread, we're looking for a skilled Team Manager to join our team. As a Team Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate Panera's Guiding Values and Behaviors, including Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust.
  • Develop Your Team: Coach and motivate associates to exceed sales, speed of service, and order accuracy goals.
  • Ensure Exceptional Guest Experiences: Make every customer interaction a positive one by delivering high-quality food, service, and safety measures.
  • Grow and Succeed: Drive business results by managing food cost, labor, and inventory, and by developing and implementing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to run great shifts and manage multiple priorities.
  • 1+ year(s) of restaurant management experience preferred.
  • ServSafe certification (or able to pass).
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Must submit to a background check.
