About the Role

As a Team Manager at Panera Bread, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bakery-cafe, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience. You will lead a team of associates, providing coaching, guidance, and support to help them grow and succeed. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of associates
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and experiences
  • Manage inventory and supplies to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Coach and develop associates to meet sales and service goals
  • Monitor and maintain food safety and quality standards
What We Offer

At Panera Bread, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting hourly rate of $20.00-$24.50, eligibility for quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits program. We also offer opportunities for career growth and development, as well as a fun and supportive work environment.

Requirements
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • 1+ year(s) of restaurant management experience preferred
  • ServSafe certification (or able to pass)
