- Forge Strategic Partnerships: Work hand-in-hand with key business leaders, translating strategic visions into actionable training that propels us forward.
- Innovate and Inspire: Utilize your creativity to develop engaging digital content and transformative programs that captivate and educate.
- Bachelor of Arts/Sciences (or equivalent,) in Business, Leadership or similar. Masters Degree preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in training, coaching, or HR/OD
- Highly desirable, but not required: Coaching Certification with ICF accreditation, Insights Discovery Certified Practitioner, Situational Leadership II
- Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)
- Technical Competency: Articulate Storyline, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Word, Excel, PowerPoint
