This role requires a dynamic individual who can drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, foster partnerships, and enhance the reach and impact of our educational offerings. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership, financial support, growth, and development of our client's educational programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet organizational objectives.
  • Leading and mentoring a sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our educational programming and expand our network of contacts.

Qualifications include:

  • Advanced health sciences or business degree or equivalent experience level.
  • Seven to ten years of experience working in development or corporate relations.
  • Two to four years of experience working in or with the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort with speaking and presenting in front of high-level stakeholders to articulate clients' needs accurately and effectively.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-departmentally with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage time, prioritize work, meet required deadlines, and multi-task across assignments.
  • A passion for influencing the future of cancer care delivery.
  • Availability for overnight travel to attend meetings and provide on-site assistance, estimated at approximately 25%.
