As a key member of our collections team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve financial stability and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to assist customers in bringing their accounts current and avoiding repossession.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information is shared and utilized to drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish required.
  • Previous customer service and/or collections experience in a call center environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
