This role involves managing key performance indicators, administering corrective action as needed, and collaborating with operations on retention strategies. You will also communicate the company's vision, track team activity through Salesforce CRM management, and build relationships with major management companies. Estimated salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and skill set.
