Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Team Supervisor with excellent written and verbal communication skills to join our team. This individual will possess strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a pleasant attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive work environment and lead the team to achieve exceptional customer service
  • Maintain open communication with all levels of management and employees
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Prior experience in cash handling and point-of-sale systems is an asset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Compensation includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
