Key Responsibilities
  • Apply your engineering expertise to diverse projects, collaborating with teams to devise innovative solutions in areas such as pile design, bulkhead wall, prestressed concrete, and seismic design.
  • Contribute to projects involving waterfront infrastructure and industrial developments, driving successful outcomes in these specialized areas.
  • Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to contribute to project success.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle, including understanding regulations and permitting requirements.
  • Enhance your skills in identifying and overcoming challenges through innovative problem-solving approaches.
Project Leadership
  • Manage project tasks, ensuring efficient coordination of timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections as necessary to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

Client Engagement and Exceptional Service

Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of structural design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (with a structural emphasis).
  • MS in Civil Engineering preferred (with a structural emphasis).
  • SE required.
  • Concrete steel and timber design experience.
  • Pile design and bulkhead wall experience.
  • Prestressed concrete and seismic design experience.
  • Knowledge of ASCE 61-14, AASHTO, IBC, ASCE-7, AISC, ACI, and NDS.
  • Proficiency in SAP2000, L-Pile, MS Excel, and VBA is preferred.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven capability to work dynamically and effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for developing design and project management skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and exceeding expectations.
