Senior Accountant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our accounting team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee technical accounting areas, including stock-based compensation, retirement plan accounting, and segment reporting.
  • Contribute to SEC form preparation and filing, as well as participate in special projects such as implementing new accounting rules and handling acquisitions or dispositions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a public accounting firm or multinational organization.
  • Experience with ERP software accounting systems, such as SAP or Wdesk.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and identify opportunities for process improvement.
