Position Purpose:

To execute physical tasks across various contracts, ensuring compliance with all specifications and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety protocols and perform maintenance on all equipment.
  • Work under the guidance of the Lead Foreman, with a significant amount of autonomy.
  • Stay informed about all contract timelines and responsibilities.
  • Keep an organized inventory of supplies and tools.
  • Document daily activities and maintain accurate reports.
  • Adapt to a flexible work schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • During off-peak seasons, assist with painting projects.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain OSHA 10 certification.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Maintain a satisfactory driving record if applicable.
  • Willingness to work in various environments and weather conditions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift and carry weights up to 30 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Work independently, exercising sound judgment and initiative.
  • Perform snow removal and painting tasks as needed.

  • A two-week orientation including agency introductions, site tours, and employer-sponsored CPR & PMT certification.
  • Two weeks of job-specific training and shadowing at the worksite.
