Job Summary
We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will provide secretarial support for our facility, coordinating communications, registering and greeting patients, and maintaining financial information under the direct supervision of the office supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
- Coordinate communications and maintain accurate records
- Register and greet patients, ensuring a positive first impression
- Maintain financial information and perform administrative tasks
- Work collaboratively with the office supervisor to achieve team goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Medical terminology and/or medical secretarial degree preferred
- Minimum of three years secretarial experience required
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office computer programs, practice management systems, and spreadsheets preferred
Benefits
- Full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period, and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits
