Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the regulatory landscape and oversee all aspects of compliance training programs for employees.
  • Oversee the legal review of advertising, marketing, and promotions.
  • Responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance, trade practices, and data privacy compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate required.
  • Active license to practice law and ability to qualify as in-house counsel in Connecticut.
  • 8+ years regulatory compliance experience in an alcohol beverage company preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines/priorities.
