Job Summary

Purdue Pharma is seeking a highly skilled Medical Devices Regulatory Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our government pricing submissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and review government pricing submissions for federal and state agencies, including the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and Department of Defense Tricare (DOD).
  • Analyze and document price calculation submissions, including Average Manufacturer Prices (AMPs), Medicaid Best Price (BP), and Public Health Service 340B Program (PHS Price).
  • Ensure all pricing submissions are accurately calculated and validated to meet government requirements.
  • Perform detailed analysis of pricing and calculation components to identify root causes of variances.
  • Support the administration of subsidiary government pricing computations and ensure all government pricing data is properly archived and maintained.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, math, or a related analytical field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry, with a focus on government pricing, rebate adjudication, and contract management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Revitas Flex/Model N Government Pricing system or similar software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
