The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years in a supervisory role alongside at least ten years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:

This role requires a proven track record as a senior leader or manager on projects of comparable scale, overseeing multiple team members with at least five years in a supervisory capacity.
The Lead Engineering Supervisor is accountable for the comprehensive scope of the contract, acting as the primary liaison for all support personnel and serving as the main point of contact for the Government Contracting Officer Representative (COR) regarding contract-related matters and modifications.
