Regional Financial Development Manager

About the Position:
The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
- Provide expert knowledge of Federal Reserve Financial Services to customers, identifying opportunities to expand business and improve customer retention.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to customers.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to customers, providing data-driven recommendations to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of financial institution operational practices and strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and travel up to 40%.
