Greaves Corporation is a U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in high-quality electrical connectors and adapters. We are looking for an HR professional to oversee all human resource functions, providing support in payroll management, benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and office administration.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Connecticut labor laws and HR best practices, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, small business setting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing company payroll, including labor information updates, timesheet data cross-checking, submission, and record maintenance.
  • Overseeing benefits, preparing and submitting 401(k) information, and liaising with providers to ensure employee understanding and access.
  • Coordinating comprehensive new hire orientations and processing all related paperwork.

We offer a competitive salary of $62,500 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company. Our goal is to find a candidate who not only excels in this role but also has the potential to adapt and expand their responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
