* Control payroll and supply budgets and manage financial activities effectively
* Perform operational activities such as scheduling, target shrink audits, physical inventory, and merchandise flow processes
* Develop a high-performance culture by motivating sales teams to meet assigned sales and productivity goals

Requirements:
* 2+ years of retail management experience
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to adapt to technology provided by the company
* Strong leadership qualities, training, and team-building skills
* High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
