Job Title: Personal Training Manager

Job Summary:

The Personal Training Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving the success of our fitness department. This individual will oversee the management of our personal training team, ensuring exceptional member experiences and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of personal trainers, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, member engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional member experiences.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive business results.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members to meet business objectives.
  • Implement and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with members, staff, and management to ensure clear understanding of department goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a fitness or wellness environment.
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility to meet changing business needs.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in software applications and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exercise Science or Sports Management degree.
  • Current national certification, CPR/AED, First Aid.
