We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse II to join our team at Children's National Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, including assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure informed decision-making and effective care coordination.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia.
- At least 1 year of experience in pediatric nursing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.
