EliTe Solar is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate communication of all import logistic issues to 3PL company to ensure shipment delivery to customer-assigned locations.
  • Coordinate communication of all customer logistics-related issues to sales managers to ensure seamless flow of information. Provide daily/weekly shipment status updates to customers.
  • Negotiate with factories/manufacturers to ensure product availability.
  • Assist the legal team in preparing documents for U.S. customs investigations.
  • Communicate with trucking companies and customers to schedule shipment activities and perform administrative tasks to deliver high-quality service.
  • Review supplier invoices to ensure accurate costs with quotes.
  • Review RMA claims from customers throughout the claim process with insurance companies.
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of logistics operations or admin experience.
  • Familiarity with MS Office software, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
