Project Engineer

Signal Energy Constructors is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in the execution of solar energy projects from initial notice to final acceptance by the client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Estimating department to ensure that the needs of the field staff are addressed during the pre-bid and buyout stage of each project.
  • Conduct problem-solving and issue-resolution through face-to-face and personal communication.
  • Help plan, lead, and coordinate all activities associated with the overall execution of a project.
  • Participate in the conceptual development and estimating of the project, and aid in its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
  • Support project administration to ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • OSHA 10 Hour Minimum and SWPPP Training certifications.
  • Proficiency in Viewpoint, MS Project, and MS Office.
  • Excellent mathematical skills, including problem-solving and application.
  • Strong coordination, time management, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking, and reasoning skills.
